PUNISHMENTS
These are not listed anywhere. Your character gets to stumble across these on their own, or be told about them by other characters. Whether your character is punished or not is up to the mun oocly, as The Library's ic methods for detecting and dealing out these punishments is unreliable. After all, The Library is simply using sensors, which may or may not be working in the area your character is located.
  1. No Loud Voices in The Library – if you are caught screaming at the top of your lungs, your voice is taken for a day.
  2. No Smoking near the books – If you are caught smoking near the books, you'll be unable to taste or smell for an entire day.
  3. No Horseplay between the shelves – If you are caught physically fighting around the bookshelves, all parties involved could lose their sense of touch for a day.
  4. No Damaging The Library – If you damage parts of the library, the library will damage parts of you! (intensity of injuries are at mun's discression)
  5. No Leaving The Library - There is no known punishment for this yet.

The duration of all punishments could begin to increase if the character is a repeat offender.

All ic rules and punishments are void once a character steps through a gate into a book-world.
